Sean has extensive experience in manufacturing having founded Incodema, Inc. in 2001 after 13 years as Engineering Manager for NCR & TransAct Technologies. Incodema's mission was to provide Precision Sheetmetal components using advanced manufacturing technologies in a comparable lead-time to 3D printing. Sean founded Incodema3D in 2012 bringing the vision full circle by providing 3D printing services.
